My daughter is a cheerleader at the local high school. She absolutely loves what she does there. They are very active in the community as well as at school functions, and it broke her heart when she had to stop cheering for a few weeks. She was the top girl on a pyramid when it shifted and she fell. She refused medical attention, but she was so sore the following morning, more so than what she was when she fell. The lower the body’s pH balance level, the more acidic it is, and the greater the chances of that body being diseased.

The natural state of our body’s pH balance is that of alkaline in the range of 7.356. From birth our pH balance range is that of alkaline.
